SPRING WORKSHOPS                       

Swimming Meditation & Aquatic Yoga

Invigorate and harmonize at the end of the week with mindful movements, breathing, toning, stretching, floating, balancing.  Learn to bring mindfulness meditation to the water with these moderate aerobic/high awareness classes.  For swimmers and "nonswimmers" alike.
